For more then 20 years, I've been free of crippling arthritis. This experience ignited my passion for healthy living, for sharing my knowledge so you heal while you eat nutritiously and deliciously.
I understand the challenges (and triumphs!) of raising healthy eaters. As a mother of three, I mastered the art of creating delicious, nutritious meals that children love.
My expertise extends beyond the home. My former café, Café by Tao, was known for delicious, nutritious food. Now, I bring my skills to you through Coaching and Teaching Whole Food Plant-Based Cuisine.
